Plav (German Plaben) is a village and municipality (obec) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.10 square kilometres (1.97 sq mi), and has a population of 377 (as at 31 December 2007).
Plav lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south of České Budějovice and 132 km (82 mi) south of Prague.
