Reina Hispanoamericana 2010, the 20th Reina Hispanoamericana beauty pageant, was held in Santa Cruz, Bolivia on November 24, 2010. Twenty-two delegates from the Americas and the Iberian peninsula competed for the title.
Adriana Vasini of Venezuela crowned her successor, fellow countrywoman Caroline Medina, at the end of the event.[1]

- Caroline Medina (Venezuela) placed as 3rd runner up (Miss Fire) in Miss Earth 2011.
- Olivia Pinheiro (Bolivia) competed in Miss Universe 2011, was unplaced. She won Miss Caraibes Hibiscus 2011.
- Marie Ann Salas (Chile) competed in Miss International 2007, where she was a Top 15 finalist. Also competed in Miss Tourism Queen International 2008, staying in the place number 6.[5]
- Yésica Di Vincenzo (Argentina), Lady Mina (Ecuador), and Stephany Ortega (Uruguay) competed in Miss Universe 2010, of whom neither placed.
- Indiana Sanchez (Nicaragua) competed in Miss Universe 2009, but was unplaced.
- Lucía Mazariegos (Guatemala), Egni Eckert (Paraguay) and Alexandra Liao (Peru) competed in Miss World 2010. Egni Eckert (Paraguay) was a Top 25 semifinalist.
- Angie Alfaro (Costa Rica) competed in Miss World 2009, was unplaced.
- Michelle Ostler (Panama) competed in Miss International 2010, was unplaced.
- Angeles Aguilar del Puerto (Mexico) competed in Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2008, top 15 finalist and is the first Afro-Mexican to represent Mexico at this pageant.
- Marcela Santamaria (El Salvador) competed in Miss International 2011, was unplaced.
- Lady Mina (Ecuador) also competed in Miss Continente Americano 2010, did not place.
- Viglis Viquillon (Cuba) competed in Miss Intercontinental 2010, was unplaced.
- Suymara Barreto (Brazil) competed in Miss Brazil 2010, finishing among the 10 finalists.
- Raquel Lozano (Spain) competed in Miss Spain 2009, was among the 12 finalists.
- Indiana Sanchez (Nicaragua) competed in Miss Continente Americano 2009, was unplaced, and competed in Nuestra Belleza Latina 2010, which remained as 11th Place.
