Sortase B
Sortase B (EC 3.4.22.71, SrtB) is an enzyme.[1][2] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction
- The enzyme catalyses a cell wall sorting reaction in which a surface protein with a sorting signal containing a NXTN motif is cleaved.
This enzyme belongs to the peptidase family C60.
