Triple candlestick
For The Orthodox Paschal Trikirion, see Paschal trikirion.
The Triple candlestick was a name given to a church ornament used only in the office of Holy Saturday in the Tridentine Mass.[1] It was replaced by the Paschal Candle by Pope Pius XII in his revision of the Palm Sunday and Easter Triduum liturgy.
