• Generation 1 Predaking (1986)

A new mold. Released in 1986, the Predacons became a popular seller, and came in two variants - entirely plastic, and with die-cast metal parts, the latter version being the most sought after. Unlike the other combiners released that year, Predaking was substantially larger and did not follow the same basic so-called "Scramble City" design which allowed his component limbs to be swapped freely; each arm and leg could be interchanged with each other, but an arm could not form a leg, and vice versa. Illustrating this point are the various depictions of Predaking's limb arrangement - his instructions and toy box art depict Divebomb as the left arm, Rampage the right arm, Headstrong the left leg and Tantrum the right, while his cartoon and comic book appearances perform a straight swap of this.^[1]

• Generation 1 Predaking Reissue (2010)

A reissue of the original G1 Predacons gift set by Takara Tomy to commemorate the Transformers 2010 series (season 3 of the original series) in Japan. The set was released in late November 2010.^[2]

• Titanium Predaking

A 3-inch-tall non-transforming Predaking toy was released in the Transformers: Titanium line.

Beast Wars Predacons

• Megatron: The Supreme Commander of the Predacons. His beast mode was a Tyrannosaurus Rex, and a Dragon by the end of the series. He was named after the Deception Megatron.
• Scorponok: Second in command after Dinobot's betrayal. His beast mode was a Scorpion.
• Tarantulas: In charge of Intelligence/Weapons. His beast mode was a Tarantula
• Terrorsaur: Specializes in aerial combat. His beast mode was a Pteranodon.
• Waspinator: Specializes in aerial combat and ship's pilot. His beast mode is a Wasp.
• Blackarachnia: Combat specialist who later became a Maximal. Her beast mode is a Black Widow.
• Inferno: Second in command after the death of Scorponok. His beast mode was a Fire Ant.
• Quickstrike : Specializes in combat. His beast mode was a Scorpion/Cobra Fuzor.
• Rampage: A seemingly Immortal and Cannibalistic Psychopath. His beast mode was a Transmetal King Crab.
• Dinobot Clone: An enforcer, His beast mode was a Transmetal II Velociraptor.
• Tripredacus: Combiner, separates into the three members of the Tripredacus Council:
  • Cicadacon: Beast mode is a Cicada.
  • Ram Horn: Beast mode is a Rhinoceros Beetle.
  • Sea Clamp: Beast mode is a lobster.
• Ravage: A Tripredacus agent, His alternate mode was Compact Cassette tape and his robot appearance was of a humanoid Black Panther. He was named after the Decepticon Ravage.

• Arachnid: A Predacon mobile command base; alternate form is a spider similar to Tarantulas.

Transmetals

• Scavenger: His beast mode was a Transmetal Ant. This toy was actually a Transmetal Inferno, but do to an error was accidiently renamed Scavenger.
• Terrorsaur: His beast mode was a Transmetal Pteranodon.
• Waspinator: His beast mode was a Transmetal Wasp.

Fuzors

• Buzzclaw: His beast mode was a Mantis/Lizard fuzor.
• Injector: His beast mode was a Hornet/Lionfish Fuzor.
• Sky Shadow: His beast mode was a Dragonfly/Lizard Fuzor.
• Terragator: His beast mode was an Alligator/Turtle Fuzor.

Transmetal IIs

• Iguanus: His beast mode was a Transmetal II Frill-Necked Lizard.
• Scarem - His beast mode was a Beetle Transformer who comes from Megatron's cloning experiments in the toy line, a clone of Insecticon.^[3]
• Scourge: His beast mode was a Transmetal II Locust.
• Spittor: His beast mode was a Transmetal II Poison Dart Frog.

• Tripredacus Agent: He was a Saboteur. His beast mode was a Transmetal II Black Panther. He is a recolored version of Transmetal II Cheetor.

• Antagony: She was a herald of Unicron. Her beast mode was a Carpenter Ant. She was a recolored version of Inferno.
• Double Punch: He was a Saboteur. His beast mode was a purple Scorpion. He was a recolored version of Scorponok.
• Fractyl: He was a scientist. His beast mode was a green Pteranodon. He was a recolord version of Terrorsaur.
• Sandstorm: He was a "noble" Predacon. His beast mode was brown Scorpion. He is a recolored version of Scorponok.

While they share the Japaenese name for Decepticons, they bear the Predacon Insignia.

Beasts Wars Neo Predacons

They all transform into dinosaurs (despite Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Styracosaurus, Pachycephalosaurus, and Ankylosaurus being herbivores, Dimetrodon being a mammal-like reptile, and Frill-necked lizard being a monotypic reptile).

• D-29 Guiledart (ガイルダート): His beast mode is a Triceratops.
• D-30 Saberback (セイバーバック): His Beast mode is a Stegosaurus.
• D-31 Sling (スリング): His beast mode is a Dimetrodon.
• D-32 Dead End (デッドエンド): His beast mode is an Ammonite.
• D-33 Hydra (ハイドラー): His beast mode is a purple Pteranodon.
• D-34 Crazybolt (クレイジーボルト): His beast mode is a Frill-necked lizard.
• D-35 Magmatron (マグマトロン): His beast mode is a Giganotosaurus/Elasmosaurus/Quetzalcoatlus. He is a Tri-Fuzor with the three forms combining into one chimeric beast and one robot form. He appeared in the 2006 IDW Beast Wars comic series.
• D-36 Archadis (アルカディス): His beast mode is an Archaeopteryx.
• D-37 Hardhead (ハードヘッド): His beast mode is a Pachycephalosaurus.
• D-38 Bazooka (バズーカ): His beast mode is an Ankylosaurus.
• D-39 Killerpunch (キラーパンチ): His beast mode is a Styracosaurus.

Robots in Disguise / Car Robots

Known as the "Destrongers" in the original Japanese version Car Robots. In Robots in Disguise, the Decepticons are a group of Autobot Protoforms recruited by the Predacons to serve Megatron/Galvatron. They inherit the name "Destrons" in the Japanese version.

Leaders

• Megatron/Galvatron: He was a six-changer with his beast modes being a two-headed dragon and a bat while his others forms included a jet, a car, and a giant hand. As Galvatron, he became a Decepticon with his other forms including a griffin, a wyvern, an elephant, and a boat.
• Sky-Byte: His beast mode is a shark. He is a recolored version of the Transmetals II Cybershark.

Predacon Field Squadron

• Darkscream: His beast mode was a Flying Squirrel. He is a recolored version of Nightglider.
• Gas Skunk: His beast mode was a Skunk. He is a recolored version of Stinkbomb.
• Slapper : His beast mode was a Frog. He is a recolored version the Transmetals II Spittor.

Transformers: Armada

• Armada Predacon with Side Burn and Skid-Z

Predacon is a redeco of the Beast Wars Transmetal Megatron toy, which was remolded with dead Mini-Con ports, and came packaged with the Mini-Cons Side Burn and Skid-Z (respectively recolors of Backtrack and Spiral).

Some bonus pack versions of Predacon came with the Armada Destructon Mini-Con team members Buzzsaw, Drill Bit and Dualor in addition to his normal 2 Mini-Cons.

One of the first Kreon Microchanger combiner sets. The four component Kreons can be rebuilt into their alternate modes. They can also be rebuilt into Predaking by taking them apart and combining their pieces.

Bio: Predaking is part brick, part four different jungle animals. A creature of instinct, there's almost nothing he likes more than the hunt. Almost, because the only thing he enjoys more is catching his prey and then messing with them by putting their legs on backwards and watching them run around. He especially hates Trailcutter, because Trailcutter cares about nature and Predaking doesn't. Sometimes he is also known as Predicus.
