The UCC Demons are an Irish basketball club that compete in the Premier League. Based in Cork, Ireland, the club have won the league championship seven times. The Blue Demons were founded in 1966 and are the third most successful club in Irish basketball's history. They were originally based in Sunday's Well, Cork, and have since gone through several different club names including De Paul, Team Britvic, Starter Demons and currently the UCC Demons.

The club's junior ranks have both girls and boys teams with nursery, u-10, u-11, u-12, u-14, u-16, u-18 and u-20 teams. The club's senior ranks include teams in the Premier League, Division 1a, Division 1b and Division 2.

In 2014–15, the Demons created history in Irish basketball by becoming the first side ever to remain undefeated for an entire season. They claimed the end-of-season Champions Trophy on 29 March 2015 to add to their League and Cup titles in a campaign that saw them win 24 games in a row. In a thrilling finale in Galway, the Demons saw off Templeogue 85-73.[1]
