The Unified Military Command of Eastern Ghouta is an operations room of Syrian rebel factions that operates in Eastern Ghouta, Syria.[3]

Since the death of Zahran Alloush there have been conflicts between Jaysh al-Islam and other members of the command, along with associated groups such as Al-Nusra Front. Ahrar ash-Sham have remained neutral.[4][5][6][7][8][9][10]
