Victor Valley is a subregion of Southern California, north of the San Bernardino Mountains in the Mojave Desert. It is located in San Bernardino County and situated east of the Antelope Valley and north of the Cucamonga Valley. The Victor Valley is part of the Inland Empire subregion of the Greater Los Angeles Area. Out of 4 incorporated cities, the largest one is Victorville.

Adding the population of them all, the Victor Valley is about the same size as the city of Oakland. The Victor Valley has an estimated population of 390,000. Public transportation is provided by the Victor Valley Transit Authority in most of the Victor Valley, and by Barstow Area Transit in Barstow and its surrounding areas. The two systems connect to each other Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday the service is called B-V Link. Amtrak serves Victorville and Barstow with once-daily trips on the Southwest Chief, and connecting Amtrak California Thruway bus service several times daily. Similarly, Greyhound Lines serves Victorville and Barstow.

Cemeteries

The Victor Valley Memorial Park is located on Center Street.^[1]^[2] Notable burials there include Nolie Murray, founder of Murray's Dude Ranch,^[3] and golfer Lloyd Mangrum.^[4]
