Ždírec is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.33 square kilometres (3.60 sq mi), and has a population of 461 (as at 3 July 2006).
Ždírec lies approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) south-east of Plzeň and 86 km (53 mi) south-west of Prague.
