Otěšice is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.56 square kilometres (2.15 sq mi), and has a population of 166 (as at 3 July 2006).
Otěšice lies approximately 26 kilometres (16 mi) south-west of Plzeň and 106 km (66 mi) south-west of Prague.
