Chotěšov is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 26.8 square kilometres (10.3 sq mi), and has a population of 2,673 (as at 3 July 2006).
Chotěšov lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-west of Plzeň and 101 km (63 mi) south-west of Prague.
