Milínov is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12.26 square kilometres (4.73 sq mi), and has a population of 186 (as at 28 August 2006).
Milínov lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Plzeň and 78 km (48 mi) south-west of Prague.
