1994–95 New Jersey Nets season
The 1994–95 NBA season was the Nets' 19th season in the NBA.[1] With new head coach Butch Beard, the Nets fell apart like a cheap suit as Derrick Coleman, Kenny Anderson and Kevin Edwards missed a large amount of games due to injuries. First round draft pick Yinka Dare was also injured and only played just one game. Both Coleman and Anderson had a public feud with their new coach as the Nets missed the playoffs with a woeful 30-52 record, fifth in the Atlantic Division. Following the season, Sleepy Floyd retired.
