2016 Seattle Seahawks season
The 2016 Seattle Seahawks season will be the franchise's upcoming 41st season in the National Football League and the seventh under head coach Pete Carroll. The Seahawks will attempt to improve their 10–6 record from 2015 and will attempt to compete for a third Super Bowl appearance in four seasons.

- 1 2 The Seahawks traded their first-round selection (No. 26 overall) to the Denver Broncos in exchange for the Broncos' first- and third-round selections (Nos. 31 and 94 overall, respectively).
- 1 2 The Seahawks traded their second- and fourth-round selections (Nos. 56 and 124 overall, respectively) to the Chicago Bears in exchange for the Bears' second-round selection (No. 49 overall).
- 1 2 The Seahawks acquired the No. 147 and 243 overall selections (fifth- and seventh-rounds, respectively) in a trade that sent one of their seventh-round selections (No. 225 overall — previously acquired in a 2015 trade that sent running back Christine Michael to the Dallas Cowboys) and a 2017 fourth-round selection to the New England Patriots.
