Chobot is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.32 square kilometres (0.90 sq mi), and has a population of 58 (as at 28 August 2006).
Chobot lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) north of Strakonice, 67 km (42 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 79 km (49 mi) south-west of Prague.
