Rovná is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.34 square kilometres (1.68 sq mi), and has a population of 256 (as at 28 August 2006).
Rovná lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-east of Strakonice, 52 km (32 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 95 km (59 mi) south of Prague.
