Sousedovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.08 square kilometres (1.58 sq mi), and has a population of 260 (as at 3 July 2006).
Sousedovice lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Strakonice, 53 km (33 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 104 km (65 mi) south-west of Prague.
