Skály is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.06 square kilometres (1.95 sq mi), and has a population of 77 (as at 3 July 2006).
Skály lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Strakonice, 42 km (26 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 106 km (66 mi) south of Prague.
