Pracejovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.99 km2, and has a population of 298 (as at 3 July 2006).
Pracejovice lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) west of Strakonice, 55 km (34 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 102 km (63 mi) south-west of Prague.
