Crews Hill railway station is in Crews Hill in the London Borough of Enfield in north London, in Travelcard Zone 6. The station, and all trains serving it, is operated by Great Northern. The station was opened on 4 April 1910. The station is the most northerly railway station in London.

Geography

Crews Hill is a railway station in Enfield in the postcode EN2; it is on an access road just off Cattlegate Road and is very close to the M25. A subway links the down (northbound) platform with the entrance on the up (southbound) side.

Services

The service runs to Moorgate via Highbury & Islington . The service uses class 313 EMUs, as these are the only units cleared to Moorgate.

The typical off-peak weekday service is 3 trains per hour to Moorgate, and 2 trains per hour to Hertford North and one per hour to Letchworth Garden City via Stevenage. In the evenings, some trains skip the station

At weekends, the service is a half-hourly service to Hertford North and an hourly service to Stevenage and three trains per hour to Moorgate.

The station is completely unstaffed and there is no ticket machine available. As a result, the station is not a penalty fares station.[2]

Since 2 January 2010, Oyster cards can be used at the station.
