Crhov is a village and municipality (obec) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.67 square kilometres (1.42 sq mi), and has a population of 164 (as at 3 July 2006).
Crhov lies approximately 26 kilometres (16 mi) north-west of Blansko, 41 km (25 mi) north of Brno, and 157 km (98 mi) south-east of Prague.
