Horní Poříčí is a village and municipality (obec) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.06 square kilometres (1.95 sq mi), and has a population of 271 (as at 28 August 2006).
Horní Poříčí lies approximately 28 kilometres (17 mi) north-west of Blansko, 45 km (28 mi) north of Brno, and 158 km (98 mi) east of Prague.
