Dr. Cat
Dr. Cat (born David Shapiro[1]) is president, co-founder, executive producer and creative director of Dragon's Eye Productions.[2][3] He is best known for creating the 2003 Independent Games Festival finalist[4] MMOSG Furcadia with game artist Talzhemir. In Furcadia, his character goes by the name "Felorin". Furcadia holds a Guinness World Record for its longevity. [5]
He has worked (in various capacities) for Origin and MicroProse, among others.[1] Notable titles he has significantly contributed to include the Ultima series.[1]
Dr. Cat also worked at Lolapps, Inc. on the game Ravenwood Fair.[6]
He worked with 'Manda Dee and Jeff Dee to create DragonSpires. [7]
