The first edition of Miss Diva was held at Westin Mumbai Garden City, Mumbai on September 5, 2013. Manasi Moghe of Madhya Pradesh was crowned Miss India Universe, Gurleen Grewal from Punjab was crowned Miss India International and Srishti Rana from Haryana was crowned Miss India Asia Pacific World. The Miss Diva Pageant is part of Femina Miss India and selects candidates to represent the country at Miss Universe in contrast to Femina Miss India which selects a candidate as a delegate for Miss World
