Indian Princess is a national beauty pageant in India organized by Atharva Group Of Institutions that sends its winners to compete globally.
The current Indian Princess titleholders are Snehapriya Roy (Miss Intercontinental India 2015) from Maharashtra, Shaista ThkoerSingh from Soesterberg, Netherlands (Indian Princess 2015 - Runner Up) and Sukanya Bhattacharya (Miss Tourism International India 2015) from Kolkata and Simran Mahendrawal (Top Model of the World India 2015) from New Delhi .
History
The pageant started in 2010 as Western India Princess. Bhavna Bhatia was adjudged the winner of Western India Princess 2010, Ragini Mahajan was declared the 1st runner up and Sneha Shetty was declared the 2nd runner up at the pageant.
In 2011, the pageant was renamed to Indian Princess. Ipsita Pati of Odisha was declared the eventual winner. Ipsita represented India at Miss Intercontinental 2011 and placed in the top 15.

India has been participating in Miss Intercontinental Pageant since 1967 when it was known as International Teen Princess, Chandana Banerjee represented India at International Teen Princess 1967 and was crowned 2nd Runner Up. Later in 1974, Radha Bartake from Goa won International Teen Princess 1974 pageant and became first Indian to win the crown. So far India has won two Miss Intercontinental crowns, first in 1978, when it was known as Miss Teenage Intercontinental which was won by Elizabeth Anita Reddi and second in 1997, when Gladrags Megamodel winner Lara Dutta participated in the event. Indian Princess got the franchise of Miss Intercontinental in 2011. Ipsita Pati represented India at Miss Intercontinental 2011 and was among Top 15.[1] The same year Michelle Almeida represented India at Miss Supranational 2011 and Top Model of the World 2010/2011 and was among Top 10 and Top 11. Supermodel Urvashi Rautela was crowned Indian Princess Tourism Queen of 2011 and represented India at Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2011 held in China and was declared the eventual winner. She became the first Indian Princess winner to win an International Title. Kriti Kapoor of Mumbai was crowned Indian Princess Tourism International 2011 and was placed among Top 15 at Miss Tourism International 2011. Indian Princess winners have represented India at various International Pageants including Miss Grand International starting with Rupa Khurana in 2013, Miss Globe of the World starting with Parul Misha in 2011, Miss Model of the World starting Ruhi Singh from Rajasthan, she later placed among top 36 at the pageant, Miss International Golden Skin where Ipsita Pati won Miss Internet and Miss Elegant awards, Miss Exclusive of the World in 2011 where Sakshi Vashisht, Indian Princess of the World 2011 was declared Miss Beautiful sub-award winner, Parul Mishra also represented India at Supermodel International 2011 and was among Top 7. She also won three sub-awards there including Miss Charity, Best Dressed and Best National Costume.

- India has been participating in Miss Intercontinental Pageant since 1967. Earlier Miss Chennai, Gladrags Manhunt and Megamodel Contest and Femina Teen Princess held the franchise for the pageant in India. Indian Princess got the franchise in 2011. Perk Events got the franchise for Miss Intercontinental in 2016 for their newly launched pageant Senorita India.[2]
