Kyler Fackrell (born November 25, 1991) is an American football linebacker who plays for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Utah State.

Early years

Fackrell attended Mesa High School in Mesa, Arizona. He played linebacker, quarterback and wide receiver. Fackrell committed to Utah State University, the only Division I school to offer him a scholarship, to play college football.[1]

College career

After redshirting his first year at Utah State in 2011, Fackrell started all 13 games in 2012, recording 87 tackles and three sacks.[2] As a sophomore in 2013, he started all 14 games and had 82 tackles and five sacks. Fackrell played in only one game his junior year in 2014 after suffering a torn ACL.[3][4][5] Fackrell returned from the injury to start all 13 games his senior year in 2015. He finished the year with 82 tackles and five sacks.[6]

Professional Career

Fackrell was drafted 88th overall by the Green Bay Packers in the third round of the 2016 NFL draft.[7]
