Lačnov is a village and municipality (obec) in Vsetín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 15.31 square kilometres (5.91 sq mi), and has a population of 923 (as at 3 July 2006).
Lačnov lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south of Vsetín, 27 km (17 mi) east of Zlín, and 278 km (173 mi) east of Prague.
