Zděchov is a village and municipality (obec) in Vsetín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 13 square kilometres (5.0 sq mi), and has a population of 635 (as at 3 July 2006).
Zděchov lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Vsetín, 31 km (19 mi) east of Zlín, and 280 km (174 mi) east of Prague.
