Mikulůvka is a village and municipality (obec) in Vsetín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 13.17 square kilometres (5.08 sq mi), and has a population of 662 (as at 2 October 2006).
Mikulůvka lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Vsetín, 28 km (17 mi) north-east of Zlín, and 263 km (163 mi) east of Prague.
