List of Commonwealth records in swimming

Below is a list of current Commonwealth swimming records. This includes all countries that make up the Commonwealth of Nations. Of the 82 events, Australia currently holds records in 46 of them, South Africa 16, Great Britain 12, Canada 4, New Zealand 2, Kenya 1 and Zimbabwe 1.

This is not to be confused with Commonwealth Games records which are championship records attained in those Games only.
