List of NAIA institutions
The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics has 248 member colleges and universities for athletic competition.[1]
NAIA institutions
- Note: The NAIA splits basketball teams into two divisions. Non-basketball playing institutions are denoted by "–".
- Auburn–Montgomery — will join the NCAA D-II Peach Belt Conference in 2016.
- Biola, Cumberland (TN), Davenport, Georgetown College, Purdue–Claumet — in process of transitioning to NCAA Division II.
- British Columbia, Victoria, Winnipeg — hold concurrent membership in Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS).
- Clarke, Mount Mercy — will join the Heart of America Athletic Conference in 2016.
- Nebraska Wesleyan — holds concurrent membership in the NCAA Division III; will join the NCAA D-III Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and will be an exclusive member of NCAA Division III in 2016.
- York College — will join the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference in 2016.
