Mlýny is a village and municipality (obec) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.7 square kilometres (3.0 sq mi), and has a population of 136 (as at 28 August 2006).
Mlýny lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Tábor, 50 km (31 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 90 km (56 mi) south of Prague.
