Rataje is a village and municipality (obec) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 10.76 square kilometres (4.15 sq mi), and has a population of 220 (as at 28 August 2006).
Rataje lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-west of Tábor, 42 km (26 mi) north of České Budějovice, and 82 km (51 mi) south of Prague.
