Skalice is a village and municipality (obec) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 15.08 square kilometres (5.82 sq mi), and has a population of 466 (as at 3 July 2006).
Skalice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south of Tábor, 41 km (25 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 89 km (55 mi) south of Prague.
