The Pinakini Express is an express train in India which runs between Vijayawada Junction in Andhra Pradesh and Chennai Central. It was introduced in 1991. This train is named after the Pinakini river. The Vijayawada Division of the South Central Railway division of the Indian Railways administers this train.

Train Number 12711 runs from Vijayawada Junction to Chennai Central[1] while 12712 runs from Chennai Central to Vijayawada City.[2]
