Plánice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈplaːɲɪtsɛ]) is a town in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It lies some 40 km (25 mi) to the south from the region capital of Plzeň.
Plánice is also a Municipality with Commissioned Local Authority within the Klatovy Municipality with Extended Competence.
Plánice is birthplace of František Křižík.
