Saath Nibhaana Saathiya is dubbed into Telugu as Kodala Kodala Koduku Pellamaa on MAA TV.

Plot

The story revolves around the life of Gopi Ahem Modi (Devoleena Bhattacharjee), an ideal daughter-in-law of the rich and well-respected Modi family from a Gujarati background.

Gopi was raised by her maternal uncle and aunt, Urmila Jitu Shah (Vandana Vithlani). Unlike her, she has a cousin named Raashi (Rucha Hasabnis). Raashi is a modern girl and hates Gopi like her mom. Urmila and Rashi often create troubles for the uneducated and naive Gopi. The only one to support Gopi is her uncle, who is dominated by his wife.

Kokila Parag Modi (Rupal Patel), the second daughter-in-law, yet head of the Modi family is in search of a bride for her son, Ahem (Mohammad Nazim). Due to some circumstances, she choses Gopi instead of Rashi. And later Rashi is chose for Jigar (Vishal Singh), son of Hetal (Swati Shah) , the first daughter-in-law of the Modi family. Jigar is younger than Ahem. Ahem loves his family greatly but does not open up with others. After the wedding, Jigar and Raashi get together easily but Ahem behaves rudely with Gopi and is not happy with the marriage as she is illiterate.

But time passes on and Gopi is able to impress her in-laws and her strict mother-in-law, Kokila inspite of all the plans made by Urmila and Raashi against her. Ahem also starts respecting Gopi. Kokila inspires Gopi to attend literacy classes. Gopi becomes able to read and write. Soon it is revealed that Gopi is pregnant and the news makes the Modi family happy. She gives birth to a daughter, Meera (Mazel Vyas). Raashi too becomes pregnant and twins Tolu and Molu are born.

The story takes a turning point after leap of some years as it is revealed that Gopi's real parents are still alive and she has a sister named Radha (Bhavini Purohit). Radha turns into the main antagonist. She makes different plans against Gopi. While dealing with the obstacles, Gopi kills Radha to save her daughter and she is sentenced to 10 year long imprisonment.
