Verzegnis is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Udine in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 100 kilometres (62 mi) northwest of Trieste and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Udine. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 913 and an area of 38.8 square kilometres (15.0 sq mi).[1]

The town of Verzegnis is famous in Europe for hosting their annual Hillclimb Rally. This is an FIA sanctioned event, which brings in many spectators and drivers from across the world.

Verzegnis borders the following municipalities: Cavazzo Carnico, Enemonzo, Preone, Tolmezzo, Tramonti di Sotto, Villa Santina, Vito d'Asio.
