Pavia di Udine (Friulian: Pavie) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Udine in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northwest of Trieste and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) southeast of Udine. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,653 and an area of 34.6 square kilometres (13.4 sq mi).[1]
