Újezd is a village and municipality (obec) in Zlín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12.42 square kilometres (4.80 sq mi), and has a population of 1,202 (as at 30 May 2008).
Újezd lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) east of Zlín and 272 km (169 mi) east of Prague.
