Velký Ořechov is a village and municipality (obec) in Zlín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.21 square kilometres (2.40 sq mi), and has a population of 712 (as at 28 August 2006).
Velký Ořechov lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south of Zlín and 258 km (160 mi) south-east of Prague.
