Útěchovičky is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.05 square kilometres (1.56 sq mi), and has a population of 72 (as at 2 October 2006).
Útěchovičky lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Pelhřimov, 37 km (23 mi) west of Jihlava, and 86 km (53 mi) south-east of Prague.
