Útěchovice pod Stražištěm is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.17 square kilometres (1.61 sq mi), and has a population of 120 (as at 3 July 2006).
Útěchovice pod Stražištěm lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of Pelhřimov, 44 km (27 mi) west of Jihlava, and 76 km (47 mi) south-east of Prague.
