Čížkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.02 square kilometres (1.17 sq mi), and has a population of 118 (as at 28 August 2006).
Čížkov lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) west of Pelhřimov, 36 km (22 mi) west of Jihlava, and 88 km (55 mi) south-east of Prague.
