Rovná is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.29 square kilometres (1.66 sq mi), and has a population of 59 (as at 28 August 2006).
Rovná lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Pelhřimov, 36 km (22 mi) west of Jihlava, and 82 km (51 mi) south-east of Prague.
