Blížejov is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 24.94 square kilometres (9.63 sq mi), and has a population of 1,203 (as at 28 August 2006).
Blížejov lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-east of Domažlice, 39 km (24 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 122 km (76 mi) south-west of Prague.
