Mezholezy is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.72 square kilometres (1.44 sq mi), and has a population of 97 (as at 28 August 2006).
Mezholezy lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Domažlice, 43 km (27 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 121 km (75 mi) south-west of Prague.
