Velký Malahov is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 16.91 square kilometres (6.53 sq mi), and has a population of 271 (as at 28 August 2006).
Velký Malahov lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north of Domažlice, 34 km (21 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 118 km (73 mi) south-west of Prague.
