Mezholezy is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It was formerly in the district of Horšovský Týn.
The municipality covers an area of 10.12 square kilometres (3.91 sq mi), and has a population of 145 (as at 28 August 2006).
Mezholezy lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north of Domažlice, 37 km (23 mi) west of Plzeň, and 121 km (75 mi) south-west of Prague.
