Bopis

Bopis (bópiz in Spanish) is a piquant Philippine dish of pork or beef lungs and heart sautéed in tomatoes, chilies and onions.[1]

Classified as pulutan in Philippine cuisine,[2] bopis is served with alcoholic beverages.
